CONTEST: Infinity & Beyond

To celebrate the upcoming release of You Suck at Parking™, we’re organizing a contest for the community this week, starting this Thursday, September 8th at 2 PM CET to Monday, September 12th, at 2 PM CET. The goal is to complete as fast as you can the level Infinity & Beyond from the current Steam Demo. A hard level indeed, but any spot is worth the shot, as the grand prize is an Xbox Series S! 

How to participate? It's simple:

• download the demo from Steam
• complete all the levels until you reach the portal in Antarcticar
• Access the Infinity & Beyond level and complete it as fast as you can
• Post a screenshot of the completion screen in the Speed Parking channel on Discord

The completion screen looks like this: 

It has your score post-run matching the one on the leaderboard. Any other screenshots won't be taken into account. Videos of the full run, including the completion screen work too. 

Rules

The contest takes place in the current version of the demo on Steam, on the last level of the build called Infinity&Beyond. Your participation is linked to your Discord account. Once you complete the level and are satisfied with your time, post a screenshot of it in the speed parking channel on the official You Suck at Parking Discord. Your score will be verified by the dev team to check its authenticity. Anyone submitting fake screenshots will see their account banned from the server.

#4 place: One You Suck at Parking Steam key (launch version)

Honorable mentions
Players submitting videos or nice GIFs of their run (even epic fails) will get a boost of one level from their current status on the Discord server (at our discretion).

Infinity & Beyond Contest

Terms and Conditions

This “Infinity & Beyond” contest (the Contest) is run by Happy Volcano BV, having its business address at Sluisstraat 79, 3000 Leuven, Belgium, BTW BE0638.852.391 (Happy Volcano).

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, individuals may submit screenshots of their completion time for the level “Infinity & Beyond” from You Suck at Parking™ (the Game) for a chance to win prizes.

1. The Contest will open at 14:00:00 CET on 8 September 2022 and will continue until 14:00:00 CET on 12 September 2022 (the Contest Period).
2. To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must: (i) be over 13 years old; (ii) be a resident of the EU, UK, North America, Australia, or India; (iii) be a participant in the Game’s Discord channel (link here); and (iv) agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
3. Happy Volcano will give away prizes to the top 3 players with the fastest completion times for the level “Infinity & Beyond” from the current demo version of the game on Steam.
4. To enter the Contest, you must submit a screenshot of your level completion time in the “speed-parking” channel of the Game’s Discord (link here) within the Contest Period.
5. Happy Volcano will verify screenshots and shall determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, which entries are authentic.
6. Prizes are as follows:
   1. First place: Xbox Series S
   2. Second place: Steam key for the Game (launch version)
   3. Third place: Steam key for the Game (launch version)
   4. Fourth place: Steam key for the Game (launch version)
7. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
8. Happy Volcano shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to provide the second and third place prizes to the winners within 48 hours of the expiry of the Contest Period.  Both such prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Happy Volcano shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to contact the first place winner of the Contest to arrange delivery of their prize.  Such winner will be required to share their real name, home address and contact details for shipping purposes.  Happy Volcano shall process such information in accordance with its privacy policies and delete this information following delivery of the prize and full conclusion of the Contest.
10. Shipping is included but Happy Volcano shall not be liable for any damage, delay or other liabilities that arise from the shipping process.
11. Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Contest in a manner, which in Happy Volcano’s sole discretion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants, may (i) be disqualified from the Contest and future competitions; (ii) banned from the Game’s Discord channel; and (iii) banned from the Game, each at Happy Volcano’s sole discretion.
12. Happy Volcano may, at its sole discretion, grant players who submit funny or interesting videos or GIFs of their Contest attempts a boost of one level from their current level on the Game’s Discord server.
13. Subject to applicable law and regulation, Happy Volcano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, replace or amend any part of the Contest including, without limitation, the length of the Contest Period and the prizes. In the event of any ambiguity in the rules of this Contest, Happy Volcano’s determination shall be final.
14. You may only participate in this Contest if you are permitted to under the local laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Happy Volcano reserves the right to reject any entries if it becomes aware that such person’s participation is not permitted under such participants' local law.
15. This Contest is governed by the laws of Belgium and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven.
